Booking Conditions

1. To reserve the property the client should complete and sign the booking form and return it with the deposit. After this we will send a letter of confirmation. We do accept provisional bookings by telephone which can be held for a period of ten days from posting the booking form.

2. The balance of rent and security deposit is payable eight weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by that date the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing that the booking is cancelled. The client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent if the Owner is not able to re-let the Property. Bookings made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

4. In the event of a cancellation refunds of amounts paid will be made if the Owner is able to re-let the Property and any expenses or losses incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount. The client is advised to arrange a comprehensive insurance policy (travel) to include cancellation cover and to cover personal belongings and public liability as these are not covered by the Owner's insurance.

5. The rental period shall commence at 4 p.m. on the first day and finish at 10.00 a.m. on the last day. The Owner shall not be obliged to offer accommodation before the time stated and the Client shall not be entitled to remain after the time stated (in both cases unless otherwise agreed by the Owner).

6. The maximum number to reside in the Property must not exceed the number stated unless the Owner has given written permission.

7. THE CLIENT MUST LEAVE THE PROPERTY IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION. The Owner reserves the right to make a retention from the security deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if the Property is left in an unacceptable condition.

8. Under no circumstances shall the Owner's liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the Owner for the rental period. 9. Information on how to reach Kerargon Vihan from Quimper will be sent to you on receipt of the balance of your payment.
